Work on Good Friday?
This is the first year that I am required to be at work on Good
Friday. In years past, this day was usually a part of Spring Break or
a long weekend. But I'll be at work today, like everything is normal.

To me, Good Friday is one of the most sacred days for a Christian. I
almost considered calling off, telling my boss that I had religious
obligations. Sounds a little too formal, and would be a small lie
since I won't be at church till the evening.
But I'm still wondering how I can let people know this day is
important to me? Through conversation? Wear something different? Say,
"happy good Friday" when I greet someone?
It's tough to be transparent about beliefs at work without seeming
like you have an agenda or that you are showing off in some way. But
if this day is really that important to me, shouldn't I somehow let
people know??
Anyone else work on Good Friday? Does it bother you? What do you do to
remember the day?
